KID FIT Summer Camp Program

KID FIT Summer Camp Rocks.  Ask any kid or parent whose child / children has attended one of our summer camps in the past and they will all tell you “This Place Rocks.”

Let s face it, kids need daily exercise and physical activity to stay healthy and we proudly help fill that gap.  At KID FIT they are not sitting in front of a TV or playing video games all day. No couch potatoes here!

At KID FIT Summer Camp, kids are getting hours of exercise through lots of fun in recreational sports and games. Some benefits of physical activity are developing strong muscles, building and maintain a healthy cardiovascular system, burning fat, building confidence, increasing productivity and of course using up their abundant energy.

Summer Camp is a jammed packed summer filled with tons of cool activities.  The fun never seems to end with games such as dodge ball, capture the flag, and sink the Bismarck, Tae Kwon-Do classes and more.  In addition to the scheduled activities we go on cool field trips 2-3 times per week. We go to all the kids favorite places like Roller and Ice Skating, Lazer Tag, Indoor Trampoline Parks, the movies and much more.

What summer would be complete without Swimming? We swim on an average of 2-3 times per week in our private subdivision size pool (which is staffed with Certified Lifeguards).  Your child / children’s safety is our number one concern, they will be able to splash, hoop and holler’ without any outsiders, just the KID FIT Summer Camp Organization.

At the end of the day kids have some down time. For that we have a large assortment of Legos, fooseball, racket power, air hockey, board games, moderate TV viewing and video games. KID FIT has something fun for every kid!
